Jessica Zielske is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Entrepreneur, and CEO & Founder of Atlanta Behavior Academy. She wrote, edited, copyrighted and self-published The Curriculum for Behavior Analyst Series in 2023 with the help of her team while pregnant with her first child.

Her career as a BCBA practitioner prior to becoming an entrepreneur consisted of serving a variety of populations in various settings including Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities, homes, clinics, public and private schools, and throughout the community. She rose into leadership focusing on staff performance and professional development trainings, business expansion, and navigating funding sources.

In 2019, just two weeks before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the United States, Jessica left the workforce to protect her values and began her entrepreneurial journey. During the pandemic, she provided virtual supervision services to people across time zones and continents and observed a lack of consistency and quality in how supervision was being offered, and the conditions within the varying work environments. She has opened up various services lines, offers Continuing Education events and conferences, and develops resources and trainings for ABA professionals.
